Lead Trust in Behaviour Hub Programme

Following a robust designation process, we are delighted that the Department for Education has selected The Sea View Trust to become a Behaviour Hub Lead MAT.  The route to success was rigorous with pupils, class-based and senior staff being involved in the interview process.  The benchmark was justifiably high however, we were able to demonstrate exacting standards, whilst also evidencing the excellent behaviour and learning culture that has been embedded at The Sea View Trust.  Tor View School is a Behaviour Hub Lead School.

Our role is to support Partner Schools in improving their behaviour cultures and we have successfully worked with a number of partner schools from Birmingham, Windsor and more locally in the North West.

We will host Open Days, Networking Events, School Visits and 1:1 support to all of our Partner Schools.  Dates will be published on this page.

In addition to our commissioned work with the Behaviour Hubs Programme, The Sea View Trust offer bespoke behaviour reviews, training and support.  We have recently been commissioned by Blackpool PEIA to provide behaviour support services.

Behaviour Reviews

Are you satisfied with your pupils’ behaviour? Would you welcome an objective, external validation?

Or, as an individual setting or a MAT, would you welcome a supportive, critical review to quality assure your judgements?

Or, perhaps you would welcome a supportive, critical review of pupils’ behaviour of your setting or MAT, by a DfE trained colleague?

Whatever your reasons, we would be delighted to work with you and collaborate in order for your pupils’ behaviour to be excellent.

As trained, proven DfE Behaviour Reviewers, we will co-produce your visit with you so as to meet your setting’s needs; enable you to diagnostically identify; plan ahead for further ongoing school improvement and, self-evaluate accurately.

Our reviews, led by ourselves but working with you and your team, include a comprehensive audit, joint observations of practice, facilitated discussion with recommendations, and informed, evidenced improvement planning.

Our audits and reports are robust and evidenced, allowing you to include findings in your self-evaluation.

Costs to your setting are dependent on your needs and you would be provided with a quote which includes a full breakdown of the costs. For approximate costings: 1 day is £400, 2 days are £650.

Working with schools across the North West of England, our insightful visits have empowered schools leaders to make the necessary improvements which they want to make for their setting, as summarised by a regional Headteacher:

‘Thanks again to you for all the feedback, honesty and non-threatening way of conducting the review – it was inspiring to me and meant a lot to the staff and children too.’
