Safeguarding Review

The purpose of a safeguarding review is to identify where improvements can be made to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. There are clear responsibilities for everyone who work in schools, not matter what their role or title. All staff must be accountable for safeguarding children. Decisions and actions of systems and processes in schools must be reflected upon and challenged, in order to find out how improvements can be made, which would be through a review.
