The Sea View Trust commissioned professional surveys of each of our buildings back in February. These concluded that there was no Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) present in any of our buildings.

RAAC is a lightweight form of concrete; because it is weaker than regular concrete, concerns have been raised about its long-term durability.

We hope that this offers reassurance and we look forward to welcoming our learners back into our settings this week.
