Today our Trust Pupil Voice group met face to face at Tor View/Valley College for the first time since pre-Covid restrictions.  The group meet regularly and have been carrying out their meetings via Zoom for the last few years.  Today it was fantastic to see everyone together again with representatives from Anchorsholme Academy, Devonshire Primary Academy, Park Community Academy, Revoe Learning Academy, Tor View School and Valley College..  

Firstly they discussed Mental Health and Wellbeing and explored how each of the settings manages this, and they all shared their ideas for improvement.

Then each setting presented to explain how they support learners during transition periods; how they manage feelings about transition and also exploring career pathways.

All learners shared some inspiring ideas and it was great to share good practice across our Trust settings.  Thanks to all the staff for accompanying the learners and making this successful day possible.
