Central Team School Improvement Focus

All schools within the Sea View Trust have access to a dedicated School Improvement Adviser. As part of our school improvement offer, the School Improvement Lead undertakes scheduled half termly school improvement visits and works closely with the senior leaders to support ongoing school improvements. In addition, schools can request additional support in a wide range of areas including teaching and learning reviews, learning walks, curriculum deep dives and staff training & development. Specialist SEND and behaviour support is also available to all of our schools from nationally recognised expertise within our central team, Embrace Teaching School Hub and from our special schools.
