What Is the “We See You” Scheme?

The Sea View Trust Recognition and Appreciation Scheme offers two key ways for staff to be celebrated:

• Staff Shout-Outs: Leadership teams and the Central Team can nominate staff who demonstrate outstanding alignment with our Sea View Trust values. These shout-outs highlight achievements such as teamwork, creativity, and going above and beyond.

• 100% Attendance Recognition: Staff who achieve perfect attendance during a term will automatically qualify for recognition. Reliability and consistency deserve to be celebrated!

Rewards and Recognition

Recognition goes beyond words. Here’s what staff can look forward to:

• Termly Prize Draws: Every shout-out and 100% attendance achievement earns entry into a draw for a £50 voucher.
• Annual Prize Draw: All entries from the year go into a grand draw for a £100 voucher.
• Public Appreciation: Shout-outs and prize winners will be featured on The Sea View Trust social media and in our termly newsletter, showcasing your achievements to the wider community.
• Personal Touch: Staff with 100% attendance will receive a personalised postcard from the Trust.
